Minimum Order
A $30.00 minimum order is required each time you make a purchase from Limauge Boutique. Some items also have minimum requirements.
About our Products
All herbal and lavender products are made by Limauge Boutique in the USA. We use herbs from a variety of sources. At this time we do not grow the herbs and lavender. Our lavender is imported from France. If an item(s) is not made by us or is not made in the USA you will see the word, Imported, at the end of the description.
Quantity Discounts
Many of our products have discounts when you buy larger quantities. To view the quantity discount click on a picture of the product to view the description. The discount will be listed in the description. Quantity discounts will automatically show up in the shopping cart when the right quantity is reached.
Ways to Shop
Order Online Order by Phone Order by Mail Order by Email To order online, login into this website. To order by phone call us at 860-536-5369, Monday-Friday 12 pm to 6 pm EST. To order by mail, download the order form by clicking on the picture to the right, printing it out, fill it out, and mail it into the address given on the order form. If you would like to pay with your order please call us to get a shipping estimate. To order by email, write to us at sales@limaugeboutique.com and include the product name(s) and numbers (if you know them) along with your company name, your name, shipping address, and how you would like to pay. You may want to download our catalog and print it out for reference. You can click on the picture to the right to download the catalog in PDF format. The catalog is a large file (1 MB). You need high speed DSL or a Cable connection if you want to download without waiting a long time. It requires Adobe Acrobat to view it. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex, and Discover by phone PayPal (which also let's you pay with a credit card without having a PayPal account) Checks by mail (include your drivers license number for processing and make the check out to Limauge Boutique) U.S. Money Orders Buyer sends Cash payments at their own risk We no longer store credit card numbers. You will need to call in each time you pay or leave us a note on your order for us to call you and the best time to call.

Selling our Products
You may sell our products online through a website or on eBay, in your physical store, at a farmers market, through your own catalog or any other creative way you can think of. If you would like to use our photographs you must get our permission ahead of time. Click here to send an email to us requesting permission to use our photos.

Shipping Info
We ship by USPS or UPS. If you have an account with any carrier such as UPS, Fedex, or DHL please let us know and we will gladly bill the shipping costs to your account. Shipping fees are calculated based on: The distance your package will travel from our location in Connecticut 06339 to your location The weight of the box The box size (dimensions) How many boxes will be sent Our shopping cart can now calculate shipping. You need to go through the entire shopping cart process until the last step to see the shipping options for both UPS and USPS.
Shipping Times
Please allow time for your order to arrive to your door. As an example, if you are in California or Texas your order will take approximately 5 business days if we ship it by UPS. If you are in New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or any other New England state you should receive it the next day. Customers in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and those regions should receive their order within 3 days. We give you the option of Cheapest or Fastest shipping. UPS tends to be the cheapest and USPS tends to the fastest.

Note: These transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other uncontrollable circumstances may impact delivery times. Shipments may take longer during holiday or other high volume shipping periods.
Holiday Shipping Please note that packages do not ship on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Please add a few additional days for transit for orders placed around these holidays.
Expedited Shipping If we have the product in stock, we can ship your order anyway you like via UPS or USPS, including next day air, second day air or 3-day Select. HOWEVER, please note that when you ship something overnight the charges can be extremely high. Many people do not understand how expensive air services are. The shipping charge is not what we charge but what the shipping service charges. We will be happy to ship this way if necessary - just be sure before you order. We can always give you a shipping quote before we ship. Orders have to be placed early to get overnight shipping as they have to be on the UPS or USPS truck before 2 pm. There is no refund of shipping charges.
Returns
No returns accepted on merchandise other than defects or damaged items. Please shop carefully and email or call with questions before you place your order.

Damage Claims
Please examine your order as soon as possible. Returns on defective or damaged items are accepted within 15 days of order receipt. A Return Authorization is required on all items that are defective. Email us at info@limaugeboutique.com or call us at 860-536-5369 with the item names and/or product number for return approval. If an item(s) leaves us in good shape but is damaged in transit a damage claim will be submitted with either USPS, UPS, DHL, or Fedex and a refund will be submitted once the claim is complete. Please keep all damaged merchandise, boxes, and packing material for inspection by UPS, DHL, or Fedex.

Prices and quantities are subject to change without prior notice. If you are concerned that an item you want to purchase has changed in price email us first before ordering - info@limaugeboutique.com.
How we store your information and credit card numbers
As of October 1, 2007 we will not be storing credit card numbers. This protects both you as the customer and us as the seller. You will need to call in to pay each time if you are paying with a MasterCard or Visa, or add a note when you place your order for us to call you, along with the phone number you can be reached at during the day. Any information such as name, address, phone number, email, or your tax id is held in the strictest confidence by Limauge Boutique. We never sell or rent your information out to anyone.
