We do not process payments through the website

Payment Options

Payments are not processed through our website. We just give the payment methods we accept and need you to chose how you want to pay once your order is ready to ship. By phone we accept Visa and MasterCard (860-536-5369). Or, you may choose to pay for your purchase with any major credit card via PayPal. We also accept checks and money orders by mail.

We also accept PayPal and will send you a PayPal invoice once your order is ready to ship.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Lavender Buds, roses, oils, organza bags, tin tie bags, etc.: 1 to 3 days to ship
All other items (see exception below): 7 to 10 business days to ship

Shipment Delays

Anything that requires sewing may delay your order.

Exception: Large orders may take up to 3 weeks to fulfill.

Items requiring sewing include:

- Provencal sachets, single, double, and triple stacks
- Novelty, Wedding and Baby Sachet Sets
- Eye Pillows
- Eye Pillow Sleeves

Unless otherwise noted, all sewn items are made to order. Occasionally we experience a higher order volume than usual and may require longer processing times. If there is a delay in processing your order beyond the typical time frame, you will be notified.

All orders are processed in the order they are received. If you need something in a hurry, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. As we cannot be responsible for the speed of the United States Postal Service or UPS, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. We will, however, do the best we can!

Please note that the order processing time is in addition to shipment time. Priority mail reaches most US destinations within 2-3 business days in most cases but UPS can vary from 1 to 7 business days.
