You must register with us by sending us your company name, your name, address, email address, and your business certification (resale tax number or business license number) to info@limaugeboutique.com. We will email you within 24 hours with your user name and password so you can log into this website and view wholesale prices and place an order.

A $25.00 minimum order is required each time you make a purchase from Limauge Boutique. Some items also have minimum requirements.

All herbal and lavender products are made by Limauge Boutique in the USA. We use herbs from a variety of sources. At this time we do not grow the herbs and lavender. Our lavender is imported from France. If an item(s) is not made by us or is not made in the USA you will see the word, Imported, at the end of the description.

We are a small, but growing American company. We make many of the products you order once you place your order so it takes approximately a week before your order is ready to ship. Items such as lavender buds, oils, soap, etc. may ship earlier if they are in stock. We thank you for your patience and appreciate you as a customer.

Please let us know if you need your order by a certain date and we will try to accommodate your needs.

Once your order is ready to ship we will send you a PayPal invoice or call for your credit card information. We do not accept payments on the website because we cannot calculate the proper shipping cost until we know the weight and box size of your order. Each order is different.

Unlike companies who keep products stocked on the shelf and ready to ship, most of our products are handmade and require time to manufacture. Some products such as food items are made once an order is just about ready to ship to ensure the freshness of the product.

Also keep in mind that orders are processed in the order they are received so other orders may be ahead of yours.

Items such as lavender buds, rose bud/petal mixture, organza bags, supplies, displays, and garden decor may be shipped early than 7 to 10 days as long as they are in stock.
