Things That Can Delay an Order
Please allow extra time for your orders that have sewn items to be processed as these items are all made to order. ANY order with products that have to be sewn (eye pillows, fabric sachets, not organza sachets) can take from 1 to 3 weeks depending on how much you order and what orders are ahead of yours.

ALL of our products are made to order. Please do not expect them to be shipped immediately upon placing your order as ALL products have to be made. Please allow time for your order to be processed and also allow time for shipping.

Shipping Fees:
The shipping fee shown on the first page of the shopping cart is for UPS Ground. To see the post office (USPS) shipping cost fill out your name and address on the second page of the shopping cart.

Shipping Times:
USPS: 2 to 3 days for delivery once your order is shipped
UPS: 1 to 7 days for delivery once your order is shipped depending on where you live. Example: Orders to California take approximately 5 business days to ship from our location in Connecticut. If there is a weekend in between add 2 extra days.

Payment Options

By phone we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex (860-536-5369). Or, you may choose to pay for your purchase with any major credit card via PayPal. We also accept checks and money orders by mail.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Lavender Buds, roses, oils, organza bags, tin tie bags, etc.: 2 to 4 days to ship
All other items (see exception below): 7 to 10 business days to ship

Shipment Delays

Anything that requires sewing may delay your order.

Exception: Large orders may take up to 3 weeks to fulfill.

Items requiring sewing include:

- Provencal sachets, single, double, and triple stacks
- Novelty, Wedding and Baby Sachet Sets
- Eye Pillows
- Eye Pillow Sleeves

Unless otherwise noted, all sewn items are made to order. Occasionally we experience a higher order volume than usual and may require longer processing times. If there is a delay in processing your order beyond the typical time frame, you will be notified.

All orders are processed in the order they are received. If you need something in a hurry, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. As we cannot be responsible for the speed of the United States Postal Service or UPS, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. We will, however, do the best we can!

Please note that the order processing time is in addition to shipment time. Priority mail reaches most US destinations within 2-3 business days in most cases but UPS can vary from 1 to 7 business days.
