You get one pound (approximately 14 to 16 dry cups), of lavender buds. Culinary lavender is perfect for adding to your favorite recipe or for making tea and is also the key ingredient in Herbes de Provence. This lavender has been grown specifically for cooking and has a different fragrance and sweeter taste than blue/grey lavender buds. Lavender buds are about size of rice. No stems; very clean. They are a deep blue/purple color. Our lavender buds are imported from Provence, France. Limauge Boutique Recipe booklet included. Also available in (1/2 cup) bags.
